Job Description
-
Help organizations lead their agile cultural change effectively & successfully
-
Help organizations build their Lean and agile vision, methodology, practices and management tooling (for all different organization functions from marketing, engineering, delivery, IT, support, HR, Leadership, etc’…)

Train and coach leaders & Agile teams (include training sessions, personal coaching & day-by-day mentoring) to embrace Agile principles & best practices

Establish a sustainable continuous improvement framework (learning organization)

Work with the different organizational disciplines to tailor suitable agile practices, while keep combining & reflecting the holistic organizational view
Required Qualifications
-
Two years’ experience leading Agile transformations, coaching managers & Agile teams
-
Excellent interpersonal skills including team building, people development, effective conflicts resolution and customer relationship management

Strong change management skills and proven experience with coaching and impacting at management and specialist levels
-
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
-
Experience interacting with business project sponsor, business subject matter experts and other key stakeholders for large organizational projects
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
-
Strong organization and time-management skills

Creative thinking
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
-
Experience using TFS, JIRA, or other ALM tools
-
Certified SAFe Agilest or equivalent experience
